Ropewalk is a lane close to Porthmeor Beach which would have been used for laying out fishing ropes for the fish salting cellars on the beach.
Following an extensive refurbishment our loft apartment is now ready to open for the first time as a luxury couples holiday property.

STEP INSIDE.......​
Eight steps lead you up to the part glazed stable door, and you step inside the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.

The living area has plenty of natural light and is bright and airy. The Kitchen has beautiful granite work surfaces hand selected from a local quarry inset with sink and monoblock mixer tap with AEG four zone induction hob with Bosch fan, integrated fridge and AEG dishwasher, plus SMEG appliances.

An engineered Oak floor runs from the Kitchen through to the dining and living areas, with good sized dining table and chairs.

The vaulted ceiling suggests it was probably a former net loft and within this space is a mezzanine level with the bedroom which has a king sized bed and some restricted head height.

Modern gas central heating throughout, with underfloor heating in the steam shower room ensures warmth in the worst winter storms.

Stairs which have glass panels and wooden rail lead down to the ground floor with steam shower room and access to the integral garage.
The Shower room has a duel head rainfall shower heads and there is a steam function and separate body spray. Inside there are two tiled seats where you can sit and enjoy the steam room effect.
In the garage you can fit a medium sized car with electric roller shutter access onto Porthmeor Road. There is a washing machine and separate dryer in the garage.
The mezzanine bedroom has a King sized bed and two bedside tables. A Velux window lets in plenty of light and having been built into the vaulted ceiling of the former loft nets has limited head height.
